If you return the product in it's original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund your money (excluding postage costs), or provide you with an alternative if required. You will need to pay for the return postage and the cost of re-sending an alternative back to you. Any difference in value will be payable/refunded as appropriate. If you return an item back to us that is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason that is our fault, we will pay for the cost of the return postage.
